Term 3

Record Clocks.

 For maths this week we made record clocks using découpage

Blackout day.

There was a blackout day on Friday 18 September where everybody dressed in black for a gold coin donation. I helped with face painting as I am a school leader. Raising money for our school and cheering on the all blacks was the priority.

Math - Tessalations

Nearing end of term we made tessellations me personally I am doing an Escher lizard pattern but there are many others some basic some elaborate but great all the same. A great way to learn geometry and art. I will continue these at home.

Showcase Term 3.

Today was the showcase, everyone was singing. and after we did the indepen - dance after we sang then we took our parents around the school to look at our work.

Hekia Parata

When Hekia Parata came for a visit we sang a song that we composed ourselves.  Then we sang I believe I can fly What a memory.

Storybook Character Day

This day is a memory that sticks in my mind like no other memory.  The day our school transformed into a fairytale wonderland.  There were some Bunnies,  a Cinderella,  Gypsies and even a Hermione.  can you see anyone else that looks familiar?
